I got this nice Chinook on November 6 using a Mepps #5 spinner. It&#8217;s a native female, probably just a little under twenty pounds that was released to continue upstream and spawn. When there are large fluctuations in the river level and flow, the fishing usually slows down, which is what is happening now.
