The winter season opened with steady snowfall; then ramped up into knarly and dangerous blizzard conditions. On November 23 the ski area was closed due to 70-100mph wind and whiteout conditions. At least three people were killed on the snowy and icy roads to the resort.
\nNow there are spring conditions with no new snow until late in the Thanksgiving weekend so it will be crowded. <\/p>\n
