Days like this; taking the road bike out is a better bang for the buck. I live in a hilly area, on top of a pretty big hill, so every ten mile ride is a pretty good workout. It was raining lightly off and on, the roads were wet and there was still snow on the side of the road higher up, but no problem for a quick bike ride.<br \/>\nSpeaking of road bikes; it is the heart of the European Spring Classics season. These are the best one day races in pro cycling where legends are made. Milan-San Remo, Ronde van Vlaanderen, Paris-Roubaix; every cyclist knows these races. I usually keep up on the bicycle racing at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cyclingnews.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cycling News<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/velonews.competitor.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Velo News<\/a>.<br \/>\nStill working on the mountain bike videos, things didn&#8217;t go exactly as planned&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s been raining and snowing off and on so the trails are still really wet and muddy.
