Starting to think that the nice summer weather is starting to replace the cold spring rain; a beautiful day today, no better place to be than out in the woods.
\nThe spring weather can be pretty gloomy around here, but the rain leaves everything green and the streams and rivers running at full volume.<\/p>\n

\"Waterfall\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The area we were in was pretty rugged and remote. I lost my camera(luckily which was recovered) and Don had trouble with his chain. Think it might be the wrong size.<\/p>\n

\"Chain\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As with many things, there are two sides to the story. If you look one way, you’ll see beautiful green forests, if you look the other, you can see the results of industrial logging.<\/p>\n

\"Logging\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We all need and use wood; it comes only from trees and cutting down trees is the only way to get it. Still, industrial logging leaves an ugly mess. One of the many environmental issues we face in the world today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
