After another long wet and cold spring, that looked a lot like winter, we are ready to get the kayaks back in the water and catch some fish. El Niño, La Niña, whatever, the winters have been really hanging on here the past few years. Today the temperature finally hit the mid 70’s, the next couple days will be in the 80’s; that’s what we’re waiting for. Got the kayak and all the fishing gear out of the garage and we are ready to fish.
Got our 2012 fishing licenses, Discover Pass and Northwest Forest Pass so we are all square with the various government agencies. Have some plans for trout fishing next week and maybe try to sneak up on some unsuspecting walleye.
