The first major winter storm of the season is heading this way, but we lucked out with another beautiful day. This morning started out gray, cloudy and drizzly. Thing is that the weather changes quick around here and it changed for the better as the day went on. That doesn’t happen that often.
The leaves are turning fall colors, they should be at full fall color next week.
The wild mushrooms are in out in force.
The trails are in mint condition.
Clouds were blowing in and out, but you could still get a view of an unsettled looking Mt. Hood
And Mt. Adams to the north
One last stretch of awesome singletrack on the way home
No doubt the next few days are going to be wet, it will be next week before we get back on the trail again, we are expecting a big wild mushroom bloom.
